There are different types of yoga such as the postures, known as Ashtanga Yoga, an athletic type of hatha yoga, and meditation yoga, which is for the mind and body.

Breathing yoga is a deep breathing exercise, and Restorative Yoga and Asanas are the technique of relaxing and slowing down, opening the body via passive stretching.
