LAFD: 5 People Hospitalized after a possible Drug overdose in Granada Hills

GRANADA HILLS-Five people were hospitalized on Saturday, November 12, after what may have been drug overdoses at an apartment complex, in the 16900 blocks of West Blackhawk Street, according to authorities. 

Firefighter medics arrived at the scene after receiving an emergency call at 8 a.m. and discovered five people requiring medical aid.

The victims were a female,26, two women age 30, two men both age 30, and another man age 40, LAFD said.

The medical conditions of the individuals are unknown.
The incident is under active investigation.
