A Man was killed, and a woman injured in a shooting, in Commerce

COMMERCE-A male victim was killed and a female was severely injured, during a shooting on Friday, November 18, in the 1000 block of South Gerhart Avenue, officers said on Saturday, November 19, 2022.

Sheriff Deputies arrived at the location at 11:21 p.m. and discovered two victims with gunshot injuries. The male victim was pronounced deceased at the scene by medics, and the woman was immediately taken to a local hospital, according to LASD.

Officials did not disclose any details on the suspect/s or the reason why the incident occurred.
