HAPPY GROUNDHOG DAY!

Happy Groundhogs Day, from The Los Angeles News!

Several groundhogs saw their shadows today indicating that another 6 weeks of cold breathers are cast upon us.

Groundhog Day is celebrated on February 2, 2023, every year. The tradition comes from a superstition that says if the weather is sunny and a groundhog rises from its den and sees its sees shadow, the furry creature  returns to its shelter for six more weeks. If the day is cloudy and the groundhog does see its shadow, early spring is ahead.
