Riverside police: 3-year-old boy located after Alleged Abduction, by his Non-custodial Mom.

RIVERSIDE-According to authorities a 3-year-old boy, who was missing on February 4, has been located.

Riverside Police said the boy's non-custodial mom was taken into custody after she allegedly took the child without permission, the mother left with her son about 12:30 p.m., on Saturday, February 4, in the Arlanza community, according to investigators. which initiated a search alert.

25-year-old Samantha Hernandez, and her 3-year-old son Elias Cruz, were later found in the city of Ontario,

 During the search, Authorities said Hernandez, who is believed to be homeless, was last seen with the child walking near the vicinity of Lake and Randolph Street, in the direction of the Santa Ana river bottom.
