The news that a 10-year-old female child became pregnant as a consequence of being sexually assaulted, and had to go from to Indiana to get an abortion, sent jaw-dropping surges of disbelief across the nation Following the Supreme Court decision to knock down the protection governed by Roe v. Wade.

The report became a low-dive headlight in the more expansive abortion controversy. “This isn’t some imagined horror…. Imagine being that little girl. Just—I’m serious—just imagine being that little girl. Ten years old,”

President Joe Biden expressed, this on Friday, July 15, in the Roosevelt Room, while speaking at a press conference to announce an executive mandate on protecting, women’s reproductive freedoms.

“Does anyone believe that it’s the highest majority view that that should not be able to be dealt with, or in any other state in the nation? A 10-year-old girl should be forced to give birth to a rapist’s child? I can tell you what: I don’t. I can’t think of anything as much more extreme.”

The man that sexually assaulted the 10-year-old girl, 27-year-old Gerson Fuentes was arrested on Tuesday, after confessing to officials that he raped the girl at least two times.

According to case reports, Fuentes's bond is set at $2 million.
