LeBron James Agrees To Contract Extension

SPORTS-Today Los Angeles Lakers celebrity LeBron Raymone James Sr., 37, known in the world of sports as "King James" agreed to a two-year contract extension, of $97.1 million that has an NBA player option for the 2024-25 season, according to Klutch Sports CEO Rich Paul.

The extension includes a 15% trade kicker, which makes LeBron James the highest-earning NBA player in basketball history with a $532 million guaranteed, to James.

Due to the agreement extension, James is unqualified for a no-trade clause, not a new deal.

James averaged a score of 8.2 rebounds, 6.2 assists, and 30.3 points, he played in 56 games due to injuries he sustained on the court.
