Man Threatens To Jump of Freeway Over-Pass In Downtown L A

Downtown, Los Angeles- An adult man of unknown age,  was reportedly seen on the Los Angeles Street overpass of the North Bound, 101 Freeway today, at 180 E. Arcadia Street, making threats to jump off the overpass.

The man was rescued by fire officials at 6:16 a.m. and assessed for further medical treatment, but refused medical transport to a hospital. It is unknown to what extent the man was injured. 

CHP assisted with traffic shut down in the area, commuters were advised to pursue a different route, and avoid Los Angeles street and the  101 freeway.
