LAFD choppers and land units, with the assistance of by two LACoFD Hand teams, extingushed a fire at 2:21 p.m. today, at 11770 West Foothill Boulevard.
The blaze burned 2.50 acres in the Hansen Dam Recreation Area, the east side of the Aquatic Center.
There were no injuries reported
The cause of the fire remains under active investigation.
