The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) announced they will open offices in the Bay Area to assist people impacted by the cold season storms that caused flooding across the region to help citizens impacted by flood damage between Dec. 31, 2022, to Jan. 30, 2023, are eligible for assistance through the agency.
