Police are looking for hit-and-run driver who hit, killed pedestrian on Venice Blvd.

Los Angeles County-Law enforcement officers are asking for the public's assistance in finding a hit-and-run motorist who killed a pedestrian in the area close to Culver City on Sunday, February 26, 2023.

In a statement released by Los Angeles Police Department, the report said the victim was hit at approximately 1:15 p.m., by the unidentified automobile on Venice Boulevard, just east of Robertson Boulevard near Culver City.

The victim was immediately transported to a local hospital where he was later pronounced deceased, the person's identity was not released pending notification to next of kin.

 No information was available on the suspected motorist or the auto they were driving..

Anyone with information on the crash was asked to contact LAPD's West Traffic Division at (213) 473-0234.
