Ingredients

Four Thick cut T-bone Steaks

4 tablespoons of butter or margarine

1 tablespoon of seasoning salt

1 tablespoon of garlic salt

1 tablespoon of paprika

1 tablespoon of cracked black pepper

1 tablespoon of minced garlic

1/2 teaspoon of lime juice

Directions

To prepare your T-bone Steaks

Cut the fat from each steak and place in a large skillet on medium heat, render the fat until it takes the form cocking oil, then season each steak on both sides with paprika, garlic salt, seasoning salt, cracked black pepper, minced garlic, and drops of 1/2 teaspoon of lime juice on each steak. Fry each steak until brown on both sides, remove the steak from the skillet, and turn the heat off. Preheat your oven, to 375 degrees, place steaks on a baking rack, top them with butter or margarine, and put the steaks into the oven for 15- 20 minutes, adjust cooking times according to the way your guests like their steaks cooked, rare, medium rare, medium well, or well done.

Serve with your favorite veggie and carb.
