Almost 30 million people on the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) will face a dent in their monthly food assistance funding, after approximately three years of pandemic payment that will end on March 1, 2023.

Households who receive SNAP will lose $95 a month in food aid, while many may lose hundreds amid other reasons, including the size of the household and income, as reported in a study by the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities.
