San Pedro-5 people were struck by gunfire at San Pedro beach on Saturday, March 4, 2023. Police officials were dispatched to the scene after receiving a call at 5:44 p.m., reporting gunfire at Royal Palms Beach.

The shots were fired near the area of Paseo del Mar and Graysby Avenue. Four individuals with bullet wounds were transported to nearby hospitals by medics, and a fifth victim was carried to a hospital by a companion.
