Wilmington-The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to a call about a railroad car on fire, near a commercial building, located at 920 E Pacific Coast Hwy, on March 10, at 9:31 p.m.
According to fire officials, the locomotive was reportedly approximately 100 feet long, fully ingulphed in fire, and boarded up in a freight railway yard.
18 firefighters extinguished the railway vehicle without any report of injuries or fatalities.
