I heard that Jhené Aiko just purchased a new residence with a stunning mountain view. She paid a little over $5.6 million for the property, which boasts five bedrooms and bathrooms spread across nearly 4,700 square feet of living space over two levels. The house was built in the early 1980s, but it has been extensively updated since then. The outside of the house is made of creamy stucco and terracotta roofing, and it is protected by a new Ring Alarm system. It also has an attached three-car garage and a porch topped by an arched entryway.
Inside the house, there is a double-height foyer that leads to a formal living room with a vaulted wood-beam ceiling, custom shelving, and a two-way fireplace that connects to a wet bar-equipped family room with French doors that lead outside. The main level also has a mural-clad dining room, a gourmet kitchen with an eat-in island and all-new Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, a walk-in pantry, and an accompanying breakfast nook. There is also an en-suite bedroom that is currently being used as an office, while the upper level holds four bedrooms - one with its bath, two sharing a bath, and a fireside master retreat that has a private balcony, two walk-in closets, and a bath with a built-in soaking tub.
The backyard is filled with palm, olive, and fruit trees, and it has a newly resurfaced sport court, a recently added pool and spa, a fire pit, and an outdoor kitchen. It's truly a remarkable property, and it's easy to see why Jhené Aiko decided to make it her own.
