Large corporations in California might soon be required to disclose their emissions, as the state government considers a new mandate.

In the final week of this year's congressional session, a bill is being considered that would require big companies operating in California to disclose all greenhouse gas emissions associated with their operations. Additionally, legislators are reviewing bills that would remove the prohibition on official travel to states with traditional social policies and extend unemployment benefits to striking workers.
