Actor Richard Roundtree, age 81, known for his iconic role as Detective "Shaft," has unfortunately passed away. On Tuesday, October 24, 2023, his manager confirmed the news. According to reports from ABC News and Rolling Stone, Roundtree lost his battle with pancreatic cancer.
