LAFD responded to a fire in a 2-story residential fourplex located at 631 W 53rd Street on October 26, at 3:21 p.m., in the Vermont Square area of Los Angeles.
Upon arrival, officials observed heavy smoke coming from the attic.
30 LAFD Firefighters battled the fire and completely extinguished the blaze in 21 minutes. The initial address was reported as 628 W 52nd Place. There was no report of injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
