At 6:48 a.m., on October 30, A Two-story duplex and neighboring residence at 424 W 14th Street was set ablaze, after a tree at the back of a house rapidly extended to outer storage and an apartment.
52 firefighters doused the flames in 48 minutes. One person was assessed by medics and determined to be in satisfactory condition, the person did not require hospital transport.
No report of firefighter injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
