Human remains discovered in a plastic bag in Encino, authorities say

ENCINO, LOS ANGELES -The remains of Human body parts were discovered in a bag on Wednesday, November 8, in Encino, the LAPD reported.

The victim's body was found in the vicinity of Ventura Boulevard and Rubio Avenue and reported to officers at approximately 6:15 a.m.

According to reports, AIR7 HD was flying above the area as the investigation occurred where officials seemed to concentrate on a garbage container in a nearby parking lot.

Currently, it is unspecified if any suspects were named in the case.
