Man Attacks and Tries to Steal Teenage Girl's phone in Baldwin Park

On Friday, December 8, at approximately 9:00 am, A 16-year-old girl was assaulted in Baldwin Park, by a man, trying to take her cell phone on Big Dalton Avenue close to Central Avenue.

The culprit held the victim against a fence and lugged her across the roadway, but the girl managed to exit the incident.

According to authorities, the suspect, who is thought to be an older teenager, is roughly 5 feet 7 inches tall. The incident was captured on a surveillance videotape of the suspect escaping the scene.

Police are asking anyone with information about the attack to call detectives at 626-960-1955.
