Homeless 1-Year-Old Girl Dies On Bus Stop Bench Near LAX:According to Reports

LOS ANGELES, CA — A 1-year-old homeless girl passed away on a bus stop bench the is near Los Angeles International Airport, according to media reports.

The tot died of cardiac arrest near the corner of South Sepulveda and Century Boulevards at approximately 10:00 a.m. Officers arrived at the scene after receiving an emergency call, but there was no information on the person who reported the incident, KTLA reported.

According to KTLA The caller attempted perform to CPR on the girl until the arrival of the Los Angeles Fire Department arrived.

Firefighters immediately took over when they reached the location and finally determined the child was beyond medical attention and pronounced the child deceased.

The baby, her sister, and her mom are all declared homeless. The sister was put in custody of the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, KFI reported.
