Landlords: Attend a Webinar to Learn About Applying for the LA County Rent Relief Program

DCBA is currently accepting applications for the Los Angeles County Rent Relief Program. This program is designed to provide a maximum of $30,000 per rental unit to eligible landlords with properties located within Los Angeles County. 

The funds can be used to cover past-due rent and other eligible expenses dating from April 1, 2022, to the present. Eligible expenses include unpaid rental debts, utilities, and other verified related expenses.
