LANCASTER,— Air medics were transported to Children’s Hospital after a multi-vehicle head-on traffic crash in Lancaster on Monday at around 4:40 PM.
This incident was reported by KNN. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, along with paramedics from the Los Angeles County Fire Department, arrived at the scene on Columbia Way and 30th Street West. They found a child suffering from traumatic injuries and dispatched a helicopter for airlift transport. The extent of the child's injury is undisclosed. The cause of the crash is under investigation. All eastbound lanes on Columbia Way were closed to allow deputies to investigate. Currently, no further information is available.
