Koreatown Structure Fire Extinguished

On January 27th, 2024 at 8:00 am, a structure fire broke out at 845 S Kingsley Dr in Koreatown. Firefighters were dispatched to a two-story craftsman-style home where heavy smoke and fire were seen coming from the second floor. It took 46 firefighters 26 minutes to access, contain, and extinguish the flames. Fortunately, no injuries were reported and the fire was contained to the second floor and the attic. Firefighters also made sure to protect the neighboring residential buildings. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
