Hallelujer! Tyler Perry Brings Madea Out Of Retirement

CELEBRITY-Tyler Perry returns to the screen as Madea, in Netflix's upcoming Tyler Perry's, A Madea Homecoming, scheduled for release on February 25. It's official! Madea is out of retirement.

This family drama is centered around an LGBTQ storyline.

Tyler says "How long does it have to be before you understand something?" says Perry, referring to those who harbor anti-LGBTQ sentiment. "Even if you don't understand, be open... I just think that if everything gets accepted in love, then you get a chance to see the person for who they are rather than what you think they are."

The movie features an all-star cast of the Madea Actors, including Tamela J. Mann (Cora), David Mann (Mr. Brown), Cassi Davis (Aunt Bam), Brandon Black (Tim), and Isha Blaaker (Davi), as well as a guest appearance from Irish actor Brendan O'Carroll.
