The Landmark Theatre On Pico Officially Closes

WESTWOOD-An announcement was issued by company officials, on May 11, 2022, that the lease terms for the rental space located at 10850 Pico Boulevard, could not be agreed upon.

“For months, we’ve worked to extend our tenancy of The Landmark Pico but have been unable to reach terms,” said Landmark Theaters’ president Kevin Holloway in a statement. “We send our deepest appreciation to the Pico staff, guests, and the filmmaking community for their support over the years.”

The theatre closed on Sunday, May 22. Landmark Theatre opened its doors in this location 15 years ago.

Landmark runs more than 35 movie theatres throughout the nation.
