UVALDE, Texas—Two adults, and Nineteen children were killed after a shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, on Tuesday, May 24, according to law enforcement officials.
The suspect has been identified as Salvador Ramos,18, a Uvalde High School student. Before the incident happened, Ramos allegedly shot his grandmother in the face and posted messages via Facebook saying "I’m going to shoot my grandmother," "I’ve shot my grandmother," and then: "I’m going to shoot an elementary school."
According to reports, Ramo's grandmother is currently recovering after surgery.
The case remains under investigation.

UVALDE, Texas— Fourteen juveniles and one educator were killed in a massive shooting at Robb Elementary School, on Tuesday, May 24, the governor said, and the 18-year-old suspect is also deceased.
According to Gov. Greg Abbott, the suspect is resident Uvalde. The suspect walked into the school campus and discharged a firearm.
In a statement, Gov. Greg Abbott said ”He shot and killed, horrifically, incomprehensibly, 14 students and killed a teacher.”
Two officers sustained non-life-threatening gunshot wounds.
The suspect was pronounced deceased at the scene and was possibly killed by arriving officers. In a news conference, the School District Chief of Police Pete Arredondo indicated that the suspect operated on his own.
It was not known if any other people were injured during the incident. Thirteen children were transferred to Uvalde Memorial Hospital and a 66-year-old female was taken to a different hospital in acute condition.
It is unknown at this time what grade level the children are in.600 students attend Robb Elementary School in grades ranging from second to fourth.
FBI officials and other enforcement agencies were dispatched to the scene. The motive for the incident is unknown at this time. The case remains under investigation.
Although President Joe Biden is in flight on Air Force One. Biden has been informed about the gun violence that occurred at the school. According to reports from White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, Biden will discuss the incident in a press conference, later today at the White House.
