Education Department Unveils Final Rules to Protect Veterans and Service Members

On Wednesday, the U.S. Department of Education (Department) announced the final rules, to better protect veterans and military service members from predatory recruitment procedures, implement access to Pell Grants for incarcerated students in high-quality prison education programs, and improve responsibility when universities and colleges change ownership.
