The Love of Being Thankful
Taking time to be thankful and appreciative for what you have, allows you to feel compassion and kindness, non-boasting or bragging, and show heartfelt love toward others as you remain humble and gracious. There is always someone less fortunate than you.
As you sit down to eat a hot meal in front of the television or enjoy the company of gathering with family, or experiencing the warm cozy feeling of being snuggled in a warm bed, take a moment to give thanks and say so, without doubts or unclean thoughts, and with a clean heart, mind, and soul.
Reframe from complaining about the small things that can be fixed in a blink of an eye. Now you are on a journey of sharing a loving heart!
