Unemployment Today

I interviewed several people that are searching for employment, it makes it very hard when people have to compete for a job against another candidate that is more qualified, or who knows the interview process and can sell themselves to a potential employer.

My suggestion is to interview and hire candidates based on their ability to be trained, this will not only help families take care of themselves, but this will also help employers find an employee who is a diamond in the ruff.
