8 Hours of Pure Love

To get a good night's rest, take a warm bath or shower, make sure your bed coverings are fresh and clean. when you slide underneath the covers, you will feel refreshed basking in comfort, as you lie in your favorite position and you close your eyes, you will have a smile on your face before drifting off to a peaceful slumber.

If you prefer a warm cup of tea or any other beverage before bed, try non-caffeine drinks.
