Anita Brown's Commentary

When you apologize for your first mistake, don't apologize repeatedly if you plan on making the same mistake again, because your apology becomes a lie.

Don't be a temptation magnet or a temptress.  Don't get caught in the I did it again syndrome.
The thing that temps us can become an addiction and weakness, for example, the glazed donut I had this morning, it was so good, so yummy, but I denied myself seconds.

With Love!
