Anita Brown's Commentary

People that work in customer service, either on the phone, face to face, or in any other way, should be commended for their service, dealing with the public can affect our lives in so many ways.

Those of us who like to help people have a gift, and we should be compensated for dealing with the irate, the evil people who cuss us out, the ones who throw drinks in our face, the ones who spit on us, or use the phone calls for intimate situations, instead of calling a company that provides that service. 

Customer service employees put up with at of unnecessary madness, while trying to remain professional.

When were retire we should get a bonus, severance pay, double the retirement amount we receive, and free medical, and therapy? 

We care for the customers that we come into contact with, but to some of the people we have to deal with the effect can be traumatizing. Help us Help You, let's be kind to each other while remaining professional, state your business, let us solve the problem, and have a great day!
