Gov Gavin Newsome's spending proposal would help California residents feed their families, increase wages for hard-working parents, relieve a tremendous amount of debt that California citizens are facing, and diminish crime rates.

side note: when people are in need and suffering from hunger and debt they do what is necessary to survive, and think about the result of their actions later.

I've read the entire proposal studying the pros and the cons and that's my commentary, like it or not!
